T'sai Lun ( 50 CE - 120 CE )
In 105 CE T'sai Lun, a former Court Eunuch who rose to the rank of a courtier over time, invented or might have been credited with the invention of some lesser person, the composition of paper along with the paper making process.
Paper however reached Europe from China via Arab hands. In around 12th Century CE., Europa learnt the technique of paper making from Arabs, who learnt it in the 7th Centiry from captured Chinese Paper Makers, after defeating the Tang in the "Battle of Talas River".
